Pick-Up
Pets must be picked up within one hour of notification. Pets left longer may be subject to a $35 daycare fee.
Fleas
If fleas are discovered, a mandatory flea bath will be administered, and the associated cost will be added to your bill.
Matting
If matting is present, a matting fee will be applied to cover the extra time and care required.
